Free Website Offer — Terms & Conditions

Website development under this offer is provided entirely free of charge. Our team will design and build a professional website of up to 5 pages based on the content and direction you provide.

Wakamann retains ownership of and maintains the source code throughout the free hosting period. This means we handle all technical updates, security patches, and maintenance — you don’t need to worry about any of that.

You are responsible for providing all website content — including text, images, and your logo — within 14 days of your application being accepted. Delays in providing content may result in your slot being released to another applicant.

Each project includes up to 2 free revision rounds. A revision round is a set of changes you request after reviewing a version of your site.

Each round can include adjustments to layout, colors, text, images, and page structure. We’ll consolidate your feedback and implement the changes together.

If you need additional revisions beyond the included 2 rounds, these can be arranged at a reasonable hourly rate, which we’ll communicate upfront before any work begins.

Your website will be hosted free of charge for 12 months starting from the launch date. It will be accessible at a subdomain of wakamann.com — for example, yourbusiness.wakamann.com.

If you already own a domain name (e.g., yourbusiness.com), we can configure it to redirect visitors to your Wakamann-hosted site, or point your domain directly to it. Domain registration fees are not included in this offer.

Hosting includes SSL encryption (HTTPS), basic performance optimization, and 99.9% uptime. We monitor and maintain the hosting infrastructure so your site stays online and secure.

Before your 12-month free hosting period ends, we’ll reach out to discuss what’s next. There is no automatic renewal or surprise charges — we have an honest conversation about what makes sense for your business.

During the free hosting period, Wakamann retains ownership of the website’s source code. This is the programming code that makes your website work — think of it like the blueprint of a building.

If you wish to host the website yourself or have another developer work on it, you can purchase the source code from us at any time. The price will be fair and communicated transparently before any transaction.

Upon purchase, full ownership of the source code transfers to you. You can then modify, host, and manage the website however you wish, with no further obligations to Wakamann.

Websites built under the free offer will include a small, tasteful ‘Built by Wakamann’ credit in the footer. This helps us build our portfolio and is part of the free arrangement.

If you’d prefer the credit removed, this can be arranged as part of a paid hosting plan or included when purchasing the source code.

Slots are limited each month. We review every application and select businesses we believe we can help effectively within our capacity.

We reserve the right to decline applications or take down websites that contain prohibited, illegal, or harmful content.

This offer can be modified or discontinued at any time. Applications already accepted will be honored under the terms agreed at the time of acceptance.
